Our Terms & Conditions We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), giving you peace of mind when buying from us. Every car is carefully prepared, every deposit is 100% refundable, and your legal rights are always protected. We believe in being fair, transparent and putting our customers first.

1. Vehicle Information
We describe all vehicles accurately, including mileage, service history and condition. As these are used cars, normal age-related wear is expected, but we will always be upfront about any known issues.

2. Price & Payment
Our prices include VAT (where applicable). A refundable deposit can be used to reserve a car. Full payment is required before collection or delivery.

3. Part Exchange
We’re happy to take your current car in part exchange. We’ll agree a fair valuation together, based on accurate details you provide and legal ownership.

4. Delivery & Ownership
You can collect your vehicle from us, or we can arrange delivery. Responsibility passes to you when the vehicle is handed over. Legal ownership transfers once payment is made in full.

5. Warranty & Your Rights
Many of our vehicles include a warranty. In addition, you are fully protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — meaning your car must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

6. Cancellations
If you buy online or at a distance, you may have statutory cancellation rights. If you purchase in person, we will always try to help if you change your mind before collection.

7. Our Responsibilities
We take our obligations seriously. If something goes wrong, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.

8. Privacy
We respect your personal data and handle it securely, only using it for necessary services or marketing (with your consent).

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

We believe that purchasing a vehicle should be straightforward, fair, and as stress-free as possible.

1. Vehicle Inspections
If you’d like to view the vehicle in person, we’re happy to arrange an on-site inspection by appointment only. Simply get in touch, and we’ll find a suitable time.

2. Reservation Period
Once the reservation fee is paid, the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you for a period of five (5) calendar days.

3. Expiry & Automatic Cancellation
Should you be unable to attend the inspection within five days, the reservation will automatically lapse and the vehicle will be released back onto the market. Your reservation fee will be refunded in full— no questions asked.

4. Refund Policy
If, after inspection, you decide not to proceed with the purchase, your reservation fee will be fully refunded — no questions asked.

5. Reservation Fee Deduction
Should you proceed with the purchase, your reservation fee will be deducted from the total purchase price.

6. Fair Use of Reservations
To maintain fairness, consecutive reservations for the same vehicle under the same customer name are not permitted. Any such attempts will be declined.
